Kaitlyn Ticchi
Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant
Katie is an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant with a background as a Registered Nurse where she worked from 2015 until 2020 until she followed her passion and heeded the inner call to work with the body in a more holistic way. She found that preventing people from getting sick in the first place is where she wanted to invest her time and help empower people to feel they have the power to improve and maintain their health on the most part themselves, reversing imbalances in the body and tend to symptoms before they manifest as illness.
Katie has finished a Diploma in Ayurveda and a Postpartum Doula Training in Ayurveda.
Katie has studied 200hrs of yoga training in hatha/vinyasa and an additional 150hrs worth of training in Himalayan Kundalini Kriya.
Katie is passionate about women’s health and is also enrolled to undertake further studies in feminine embodiment later this year which she hopes to weave into her work of empowering women to be their own healer and feel the power that they have within their own hands.
Katie utilises her previous years of nursing knowledge and experience with her more current studies of Ayurveda and postpartum Ayurvedic studies to give well rounded, knowledgeable, holistic services.

Katie’s main goal is to empower women to know how to take care of themselves in simple, affordable ways, so they can remember what it feels like to feel healthy, vibrant, vital and peaceful and not just ‘surviving’ the stress and hustle of life on caffeine hits around the jobs list.
